To give our customers the proper TYPO3 support, we offer help in many ways. One way is by means of our TYPO3 service-desk. Our service-desk puts you directly in contact with our TYPO3 consultants, TYPO3 developers, Linux server adminitrators, designers and templaters.

Netcreators have their helpdesk and service desk set up according to the international ITIL standard.
ITIL is an instrument to support ICT companies in setting up their administration. This means that the customers' questions, problems, requests are all processed without disruption for you and our organization.
To do this we make use of a completely automated client-area where customers can log-in. They can report problems or request certain activity to specific parts of our organization. It is possible to keep track of the status of your request. The customer is notified by e-mail whenever the status of the request is changed.
