A TYPO3 project basically consists of the following phases/components;
Project method
Lots of companies try to cut a dash with certain project management or development methods. However it is not possible to deploy such methods in every situation. Some methods are rarely suitable for building websites. For instance, an underlying requirement for the use of Prince2 is that both the development company and client have the same Prince2 certificates. In practice this is very uncommon.
Netcreators have developed their own project method that on the one hand is based on the development methodes of eXtreme Programming (XP) and Rapid Application Development (RAD) and on the other hand on best practises of Prince2. We adjust this method in details according to requirements of the project
