Netcreators has equipped a help desk and service desk according to the international ITIL standard.

ITIL is an instrument to support ICT organizations in modelling and arranging a management organization. ITIL stands for Information Technology Infrastructure Library.

This means for you as a customer all your questions, problems and requests will be handled in a formal manner with the least possible disruption for your and our organization.

To make this happen we use a fully automated client area where you can login with your own username and password. Next you can report a problem or request certain activities for a division fo our organization. You can also keep track of the process of your request. As soon as the status of your request changes you automatically will receive an e-mail.
